Domestic Shipping (US)
All shop items include free shipping within the United States. Shop items ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on size and destination; tracking is provided for all shipments. Commission pieces ship via UPS or FedEx with full tracking and signature confirmation. Allow 1–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation; transit time is typically 2–5 business days depending on destination.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to most destinations. International shipping costs are calculated by size, weight, and destination and are quoted individually. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes; these are not included in the quoted shipping cost and vary by destination country. Heidi recommends international buyers request a shipping quote before placing an order to avoid surprises.
Packaging
All costumes and shop items are packaged to survive shipping. Fabric pieces are folded and wrapped in tissue paper. Structured pieces are wrapped in padding. Armour pieces are individually wrapped and packed with cushioning on all sides. If a piece arrives damaged, contact Heidi immediately with photographs — all shipments include insurance.
