General terms: 50% non-refundable deposit required before work begins; remaining balance due upon completion; client is responsible for all materials costs and shipping; rush projects incur a 50% surcharge on labour; the deposit is non-refundable if the commission is cancelled after work has begun.
All items in the shop are handcrafted to order unless stated as ready-to-ship. Production times are listed on each product page. Shipping costs are included in the listed price (free shipping within the United States). International shipping is available; import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Chimera Costumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from commission projects beyond the direct cost of the commission itself.
