Reporting Infringement

To report alleged infringement, provide the following in writing to dmca@chimeracostumes.com:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the specific material on chimeracostumes.com you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Fan-Made Costumes

Chimera Costumes creates fan-made costume reproductions for personal use and convention wear. These are individual handcrafted items — not mass-produced merchandise — and are not sold as official licensed products. Chimera Costumes does not claim ownership of any character or intellectual property depicted in commission work.
